Why It's Cursed[]

Action Park was a really popular summer destination for many from the New York and New Jersey metropolitan area. It gained infamy for its lack of safety; poorly trained and underaged employees; and poorly designed rides and attractions. Nicknames included "Traction Park", "Accident Park", and "Class Action Park". Because it's lax regulations many lawsuits from injuries and death were filed before it finally closed in 1996. The cheapness and cringiness of the ad really shows what the park was like.

In 2020, a documentary called "Class Action Park" premiered on HBO Max.
