It starts off with kids at a birthday party. And a mom says that it's time for candle-blowing and they leave the screen. One if the Fizzer candies starts to dance and twist at the same times. The kids (as well as their parents) come back and see that the candy is alive.

The commercial looks like those videos on YouTube that are made by bots for kids.
