You think the PS3 baby ad was scary enough? Just wait until you see this!
Advert[]
The advert is set in a bizarre CGI landscape where the floors and the walls have the Rico logo stamped on to them. The advert begins with a distorted version of THX's Deep Note as the lotions are revealed to the public. We then see shots of the lotions as the jingle starts playing a cappella, first individually and then in a group shot. The pink lotion starts dancing, shocking the white lotions in the process, after which some disco lights (coming from a possibly non-existent ceiling) appear. The jingle resumes and the product's mascot (which is a rip-off of the Dancing Baby, one of the oldest internet memes) comes out of the pink lotion, to which the lotions dance happily throughout most of the course of the advert.
The advert finishes off with the packshot featuring the lotions.
Why It's Cursed[]
Bebe Rico comes out of a lotion bottle. Not to mention that the CGI is absolutely horrible, even to 2001 standarts.
