American Horror Story is an very disturbing anthology horror drama series created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk from Twentieth Century Fox Television. To promote its sixth season, the show made a promo called "Bite Me".
The Commercial[]
It shows a spider walking towards the screen. It then raises it's legs, and the camera zooms into it's mouth, which is strangely dog-like, as it lets out a horrifying scream. The logo for the show then appears.
Why It's Cursed[]
This commercial is an Arachnophobe's worst nightmare. The fact that there is NO warning for the jumpscare makes it even WORSE. And even if it plays during the night, some unfortunate kids could end up seeing this ad and they could be traumatized. The name of the bumper also sounds suggestive.
