This is an older Catseye Pest Control commercial from 2006. When compared to the 2012 commercial, the animation looks very bad.
Synopsis[]
The commercial begins with a weird-looking bee (or a wasp) next to a mailbox the the words "U.S. MAIL" on it, touching it's singer before it flies into (presumably) the house. We then go inside of the house to see 3 rats running through the hallway and then we see 3 ants eating part of a bed. We then see the 3 rats trying to get on a kitchen desk with the word "CAT" spelled with LeapFrog Word Whammer letter pieces on a fridge next to the kitchen desk that the 3 rats are trying to get on. Suddenly, Caddie (the mascot for Catseye) appears and torments the rats before grabbing the by the tails and taking them outside and into a Catseye vehicle. The commercial ends with the Catseye Pest Control logo.

The animation looks very bad, if not even worse than the 2012 commercial.
