Day One (The Sexual Assault & Trauma Resource Center) is a resource center based in Rhode Island which helps with sexual assault and conflict. In 2007, they released this ad.
Synopsis[]
A high school boy is seen at his locker, when his friend comes up and greets him. He asks about a party, and the other boy explains that it was alright, and then says there was a guy and his girlfriend trying to get her to do something she was uncomfortable with. The friend asks what did he do, in which the other guy responds with "I didn't do anything". The boy stops him from walking and replies with "Woah, what?"
Then he says "Guys, don't be like my friend here who didn't do anything. Not doing anything is part of the problem." he walks off as the ad cuts to the end screens.
Why It's Cursed[]
The commercial is infamous for the boy who gives his speech (MacGyver Duarte) towards the end, with his voice being slightly unintelligible. Also, after the other guy (Cory Souriele) says he didn't do anything, he noticeably doesn't even move an inch at all, he stays totally still like a statue.
