Cheesy & Hilarious Health Hotline Knee Brace Commercial (2015)

During 2015 and 2016, a weird set of these Health Hotline commercials were aired on various networks for a knee brace. There is both an ad featuring white characters and an ad with black characters.
Synopsis[]
The ad begins with a little girl named Ellie (the name is the same in both ads) asking her grandma to come out and play. The grandma in the chair says sure, then asks to come help her. Ellie replies with "Can't you stand?", but Grandma responds that it's her knees and they don't work the way they used to.
A couple of scenes later, Ellie says "Slow down Grandma, I can't keep up!", then the scene cuts to the grandma who is on a skateboard, and she answers with "Maybe you need a knee brace too Ellie, catch me if you can, kiddo!"
Why It's Cursed[]
The ad has absolutely no effort put into any of it. There is completely no animation or backgrounds (with the exception of one), just stock images found on the internet. The lip-syncing is possibly computer-generated as well, as it doesn't match up. Giving it an effect similar to the 1950s cartoon, Clutch Cargo.
Alternately, there is no mention of an "advertiser" anywhere, and the phone number for the hotline is different in both ads. Therefore, this could possibly be a scam.
