Lucozade is a sports/energy drink that was first created in England in 1927, it is currently manufactured by the Japanese company, Suntory. This commercial was made in 1997 and features the characters of Tracey and Sandra from the comic strip, The Fat Slags.
Synopsis[]
Tracey and Sandra (2d animated) come into their (live-action) apartment and look in the refrigerator which is full of junk food and packages labeled "lard", but they see something that doesn't belong, a bottle of Lucozade which is low-calorie and has vitamins, two things they hate!
They look behind them and see a live-action man who is sexy, tan, and wearing nothing but a towel, who says that it is his. The animated women tell the live-action man to get out of their apartment and to take the Lucozade with him.
Why It's Cursed[]
It's more or less stereotyping fat people as being bossy, lazy, hating healthy stuff. They were originally referred to as "The Fat Slags" in the commercial, but hundreds of people wrote in to complain, leading them to be referred to as "Tracey and Sandra" instead.
