Synopsis[]
The commercial begins with Mega Man appearing on-screen with the text "Mega Man" appearing and Dr. Wily's laughter in the background. Then he appears and talks about himself and his Robot Masters, with the figures being shown. Then the screen cuts to Mega Man using the powers of the Robot Masters and shooting at them. Then Dr. Wily talks about Proto Man and says that Mega Man can't stop him. The commercial ends with the figures shown on-screen with the announcer saying "Mega Man! Collect them all! From Bandai." while the Bandai logo shows up on-screen.
Why It's Cursed[]
Dr. Wily's laughter at the beggining is quite horrendous, and so is his voice. Imagine being a 4-year-old (or an adult, maybe) and seeing this ad in the middle of the night. You hear an evil genius scientist's laughter in a toy commercial while you are watching your favorite talk show in the middle of the night. Then he talks right in front of your face. Even if you are a Mega Man fan or not, DON'T WATCH THIS AD IN THE MİDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!!
