Pizza-N-Go were the names of local pizza places in Elkland (under the name Pizza Barn & Video) and Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania, as well as Gang Mills, New York. The ad aired on a local television station sometime in the early 2000's.
Synopsis[]
The commercial features a man dressed up wearing sunglasses, singing "Making the pizza, making the pizza! Sprinkle the cheese! Sprinkle the cheese!" with video footage of a chef doing so in the background. After that, the entire ad just has him saying the commercial's script, still "dancing" around.
Why It's Cursed[]
The guy's "dance moves", as well as his "rapping", which is totally non-existent as he sounds like he's just talking ordinarily while what he's saying is happening in the background. In fact, a few seconds in it becomes obvious that he's not even the one talking at all, making his inclusion completely pointless. Also, at the end, the guy even turns around and twerks at the camera.
Trivia[]
- The Lawrenceville location's address is 51 Main Street according to Yelp, although it is uncertain as nothing seems to occupy it's space when viewed on Google Maps. It could've possibly been there but closed some point in time, or perhaps it's the wrong or a fake address. Furthermore, the place doesn't even seem big enough for a pizza place, but it's possible.
