Priority Motorsports Official Whip NaeNae video

This advert really will make you want to break your legs, break your legs..

Priority Motorsports was a local dealership based in Wichita, Kansas, and was located on E. Kellogg Ave, with another location in Andover, KS. Both places have since been closed.

Synopsis[]

The commercial begins with the owner of the shop, Jeff Horning, talking about the dealership and that you'll find the best selections, and then he starts singing: "Pull out your whip, so you can Nae Nae! Pull out your whip, so you can Nae Nae!". He starts singing more, rehashing more of the lyrics from Silento's famous hit Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae), which is playing in the background.

Finally, he ends with "Priority Motorsports, transportation for every generation."

Why It's Cursed[]

Horning's shoddy dancing is what makes this commercial really cursed, and the lyrics he's singing aren't even coherent to the actual song. Worst part is, how long and tedious it goes on for. The commercial is another example of trying to stay relevant, as it was produced in late October 2015, a time where the Nae Nae dance was still remotely popular.

Despite all this criticism however, Horning originally made the commercial as part of a joke among the staff, and didn't intend the video to be public, which implies that it's just bad on purpose. [1]

Trivia[]

  • The commercial was featured on TMZ.
  • One idea that Horning had that sparked this commercial was when he attended the 2015 National Baseball Congress Tournament event in Wichita, many crowds of boys and girls began doing the dance and confused, he asked his wife if she knew what it was. She didn't have a clue either, but the song and dance got stuck into his head.
  • MAACO, a franchise of auto painting and collision repair shops, opened in the former space of the Wichita Priority Motorsports, while the Andover location is still currently vacant.
  • The Andover location was closed by city police and the Kansas Department of Revenue due to the business not paying state taxes. [2]
