A cheery scene depicting a little girl's birthday party is shown; everyone is all smiles as the gifts are being open. However, one gift, according to one of the guests, contains a rape whistle, causing the room to go dead silent (except for the little girl, who plays with it, obviously too young to understand).
Why It's Cursed[]
Scare Factor: Low to nightmare. The sudden mood swing from the upbeat party to the woman saying "It's a rape whistle." is very jarring and can overshadow its intended anti-rape message.
