The fact that people are at a restaurant next to a raceway feels lazy and poorly written as raceways don't have restaurants next to them. Plus, the girl Luis while he has Skittles on his teeth and her getting Skittles in her mouth may feel weird and gross. And the fact that their French-kiss may be creepy, considering that they are minors (about 15).
