A woman in a hospital bed has some Slim Jim when a nurse arrives to announce the removal of his appendix. Inside the woman, the Slim Jim guy goes insane and breaks out of his body during the operation in a homage to Alien.
Why It's Cursed[]
The ad is on par with Japanese commercials for being so weird and so over the top in so little time.
