The Epic scream commercial is an ad for the brand Sprint.

The ad features a girl washing her face. Then, the zombie shows up behind the girl, which causes her to scream. Then the zombie guy screams along with her, then the cameraman, the director and the others all join in the ear bleeding chorus. The screaming nightmare goes on for the entire thing. Then the black text reading "The End" in the white background pops up as the camera zooms out to reveal someone's phone.
Why it's cursed[]
The epic scream ad for Sprint contains a screaming nightmare from hell. The screams from the people are make it stop inducing which could make your ears bleed to death from them however.
