The Wendy's red head mascot states that she loves the new Wendy's burger, and showcases how other people react to it. She displays the memer (who responds by stating "Eat spicy goodness like a boss" complete with the same text in the "Like a Boss" meme), the selfiers (who try to use selfie sticks to take their picture of them with the burger), and the behind the timeser (who says the burger is the bomb, getting his friends to stare at him). He then proceeded to get drop kicked by Dwayne the Rock Johnson.

It's yet another example of a commercial trying to stay relevant by featuring outdated trends and memes to stay hip.
